Tomorrow is the day that my new shiny Canon 500D should be arriving! This is cool for many reasons, one is that its the last major item crossed of my list before I go overseas. Another is that I get to go and play cameraman! No doubt I’ll be heading out to Daisy Hill Conservation Park this weekend with it to try and photograph some wildlife and to just play around with it in general while doing my hike.
I’m probably going to suck quite a bit for a while but that’s one of the good things about getting it :) My fear is that when I get back from backpacking in South East Asia I’ll be so broke that I need to sell it off… Hopefully that isn’t necessary…
